Good Character – Your Foundation for Excellence

Yesterday’s blog stressed the importance for you to feel good every day on a consistent basis.
When you feel good or positive every cell in your body creates health and success.
As soon as you feel bad or negative your cell’s health immediately deteriorates.

So when you feel good, you tap into your highest resources for health and success.
It is wise to look at the qualities that create a healthy and strong individual.
Developing these qualities within you empower you and give you the foundation for excellence.
When you act in alignment with these principles you naturally feel good and achieve success.

The Pillars of Success:

The Golden Rule
Honesty
Integrity
Service
Gratitude
Generosity
Excellence
Professionalism
Teamwork
True Communication

Challenges and trying time test your integrity and commitment to proper principles.

It is easy to feel good and make good choices when things are going well.
It is when you are under pressure that your true character reveals itself.

From The I Ching by Brian Browne Walker:

“In a very real sense the progress of the world depends upon your progress as an individual now.
Concentrate, then, on examining and correcting your thoughts, attitudes and actions.
Improve yourself into the kind of person you yourself would follow wholeheartedly and without hesitation.  Learn to accept the natural progress that occurs when you act in harmony with proper principles and seek no progress at the expense of those principles.”

The most important thing you can aspire to is becoming the best person you can be and actualizing  your divine potential.  In the end, no amount of wealth of possessions can determine the quality of your character or the quality of your life.

Feeling good is your natural state when you are in alignment with your truth and essence.
“To thine own self be true.”

blessings,

Grasp The Opportunity
“Your success in life does not altogether depend upon natural ability; it also depends upon determination to grasp the opportunity that is presented to you.  Opportunities in life come by creation, not by chance.  They are either created now, or were created at some time in the recent past, or t

The Dalai Lama - Our Prime Purpose
It is in giving when we truly receive and open our hearts.  A good way to transform a negative or challenging situation around is by giving and forgiving.  We are all spiritual beings in human form and we all make mistakes. One of our lessons here is to learn to forgive ourselves and others
