All Good Comes When We Are Innocent

posted by The MEGA Coach

From The I Ching, by Brian Browne Walker

In the very center of each of us there dwells an innnocent and divine spirit.
If we allow ourselves to be guided by in every situation, we can never go wrong.
We must actively disengage our egos before we can obtain the vast rewards
that come from living in a state of innocence.

Only by stilling the ego and accepting life in its entirety can we become innocent.
In this state we are receptive to the help of the Higher Power
and can meet with good fortune whereever we go.

Being present allows us to be fully here and now.
In this state, we are aware of the fullness of the moment and our reality.
There is no past or future, there is only this moment.
This is a place of great power.

One who remains detached and innocent no matter what is assured of good fortune.
It requres a conscious and noscientious effort to be innocent, because the ego is strong.
Unstructure your attitude, open your heart to God and allow yourself to be guided
by that which is innocent and pure, you will meet with success in the coming time.

I really enjoyed reading this. How true the words are. Egos; are a terrible thing becasue it places you above all and that is not the way to go through life. You miss a great deal.

Yes, the ego always wants to be in control and judge, criticize and evaluate.
We all must learn to let go of our egos and live from our hearts and true self.
      Have a wonderful day!

Good information from Dennis Waitley: "In a way, human beings behave like bees.  If you place several bees in an open-ended bottle and lay the bottle on its side with the base toward a light source, the bees will repeatedly fly to the bottle bottom toward the light. It never occurs to them to

The Fern and the Bamboo
A wonderful story and metaphor: One day I decided to quit…I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality.  I wanted to quit my life.  I went to the woods to have one last talk with God. “God”, I said.  “Can you give me one good reason not to quit?”  His answer surprised me.
