Have a Magnificent Day!

Be An Uplifter!

posted by The MEGA Coach

You have heard the expression that the only thing constant in life is change.
Most things change every moment.

Isn’t is comforting to know that the Natural Laws and Universal Principles remain constant?
The Golden Rule never changes and never will change.

The 10 Commandments are universal.
Being kind to one another is forever.

When looking at how life works, try controlling all of your thoughts.
Don’t think of a pink elephant. :):):)

There is little that you can control in life.

However, you have the freedom of choice and the ability to choose your own thoughts and actions.

One thing you can control is your words and actions.
Once you say something or do something you cannot take it back.

So, make your thoughts, words and actions uplifting and positive.
Find a way to contribute to your well being and to others.

It takes the same amount of energy to be negative as it does to be positive.

The effects are drastically different.

Kindness, encouragement and love support, uplift and inspire people.

They make even the most difficult challenges easier to bear.

When something is said with anger, judgment or criticism it colors the communication

and makes it hard, if not impossible for the person to receive the full message.

“There is a nice way to say everything.”

Be the best you can be and watch your light shine brightly to inspire others and they will do the same.

We can lift each other up, one thought and one person at a time.

Well put, Lee. My job involves critiquing job hunters’ resumes. I have found that when something is poorly written I can say that and tear the writer down or explain how it can be made stronger and build the writer up. When you are out of work, your self esteem is already shaky. Positive word choices make a huge, noticeable difference. Thanks for the reminder to watch your words with care.
