Life is a process.  Do you notice that although formal education and school does end at some point when you graduate college or finish your degree, you never really stop learning and growing.  The true process of life is a constantly evolving and changing universe.  Everything is always growing and evolving in life to its highest potential.  This is the very nature of life.  When you choose to stop learning or growing you stagnate and there are consequences.  By continuing to be open to life’s changes nature, you allow yourself to unfold into your divine plan.

The only constant in life is change.

This is a fact, so by being open to continue to learn and grow you can consistently improve you and your life and prosper.  Now the Game of Life requires that we grow spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially.  You have heard the expression that you have to grow in all areas of body, mind and spirit.  Yes, it can be a lot to deal with.  How do you keep all aspects of your life balanced and growing and take care of your health, daily activities, job, relationships, families and all of your responsibilities?

The answer is by being present and taking life one thing at a time with balance, harmony, honesty and integrity.  Being in the flow, in touch with your heart and intuition (feelings) and higher faculties of awareness and perception allows you to have a magnificent life.  This also allows you to use you mind and brain appropriately.  However, if you live in your mind and in your head without accessing the other key resources that we are blessed with, it makes life quite difficult for you to fully express your divine potential.

True communication and relationships do not take place in our minds, they take place in our hearts and spirit in the moment.  If you are busy thinking about anything while you are communicating with someone, you just missed the fullness of the moment and sometimes that can be a huge opportunity for intimacy or success.

The Quality of my life is directly related to the quality of my communication, with myself first and with others.’

‘Sometimes in the wind of change we find our true destiny.’
