Because the essence of every person is the same, everyone has the same potential to be fully awake.  The only differences between people are their mental states and states of consciousness, both of which determine their experiences.

Some people may experience partial spiritual awakening which occurs spontaneously without understanding it or knowing how to nurture it.  Others may aspire to experience a quickening of their dormant powers and clarification of their awareness, but lack knowledge of how to prepare for it.

While you are still learning and spiritually growing, constantly “see” yourself as being spiritually enlightened.  You will then be more likely to do the helpful things you need to do and continuously attract supportive events and circumstances that will sustain you and confirm you are on your right course in life.  Be so devoted to constructive spiritual practices that you cannot be distracted from your goals.

Spiritual enlightenment is not a goal to be achieved or a state of consciousness to be attained.  It is the restoration of our consciousness to its original wholeness.

Pray to be inspired, highly motivated, supported and guided on your spiritual path.  Insights will emerge into your conscious mind; your actions will be purposeful; unexpected good fortune will be provided by God’s grace and your powers of intellectual discrimination and intuition will become highly developed.

Do your utmost to rise above all limiting mental attitudes, state of consciousness and inclinations to act in ways that are not for your highest good.  Flawless Self-knowledge that alone provides complete freedom is available to you now.

I am spiritually aware, mentally peaceful, emotionally stable, physically healthy, have ideal personal relationships and circumstances and always thrive and flourish in all aspects of my life.”
