How To Actualize Your Full Creative Potential

posted by The MEGA Coach

What you are seeking is right in front of you.
Actually it is right inside you.

First you must be clear on what you are and what you want to achieve and why.
As a child of God, you are a Spiritual Being having a human experience on earth.

By going within and tapping into your true essence you open up the pathways and doors to discovering your truth and achieving lasting success and prosperity.

Meditation is the most powerful process to tap into this energy and connect with the God within.

By giving yourself the quality time and opportunity to go within and meditate is one of the most powerful ways that you can actualize your divine potential.

Meditation allows you to let everything go and find your source.
Meditation gives the body and mind a mini vacation so that you can be with your soul essence and spirit.

“… a growing number of corporations, including Deutsche Bank, Google and Hughes Aircraft offer meditation classes to their workers. Making employees sharper is only one benefit; studies say meditation also improves productivity, in large part by preventing stress-related illness and reducing absenteeism”

TIME magazine

The positive effects of meditation — increased calm, ease, center, poise, and balance — are now bolstered by over 4 decades of scientific research and more than 700 scientific tests conducted at universities such as Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Stanford as well as ongoing studies at MIT, University of Massachusetts and Harvard Medical School.

Meditation allows you to focus on solutions through relaxation and peace of mind. It improves listening, learning and memory skills. Meditators are superior learners and remember more of what they study.

Meditation increases the development of the higher brain faculties such as imagination and perception.  It also empowers a person to detach from their behaviors and outside distractions and allows you to transform old, negative patterns of thinking and behavior into positive new choices.
Meditation is transformational and it feels good too!

Paramahansa Yogananda and one of his few living direct disciples, Roy Eugene Davis offer wonderful meditation guidance.  There is a weblink on the Blogroll to the right of this column that brings you to The Center for Spiritual Awareness, which is the non-profit organization for Roy Eugene Davis.

Roy has been teaching meditation for over 50 years and travels around the world inspiring and guiding people to meditate, improve their lives and become self-realized in this lifetime.
Roy is an extraordinary teacher and being.

Read a little, meditate more, think about God all the time.”

I have been trying to do meditation for alot of years but with 3 kids and a live in partner it is hard to find the time. I have now very bad health problems. Meditation is really great when you make the time.

I pray or talk to God everyday, several times a day but not actually meditate. I would really like to know how to get to that level of awareness.
