How to Turn Frustration into Fascination

posted by The MEGA Coach

Everything happens for a reason and a purpose and it serves us.
Any challenge can be overcome and any good thing can be improved upon.

Life is full of opportunities.
Some of them are cleverly disguised as challenges or problems.

Challenge = Opportunity

Problem = Growth

“Every adversity contains within it the seed of an equal of greater benefit.”

Enthusiasm and a Positive Attitude can overcome any challenge, problem or obstacle.
Let go of judgments, complaints and wanting life to be different than it is right now.

Run toward the challenges.
It is in those challenges that you will fulfill your greatest dreams.

    I also use the acronym for FEAR
    Forgetting
    Everything is
    All
    Right
    I look at challenges as exercise equipment that make us stronger, more resilient and flexible.

    Hi Edie,
    I like that other acronym for FEAR.
    I also like your metaphor of exercise equipment.
    We learn more from the challenges than from the good things.
    Have a great day!
