This morning, Crystal Bowersox opened up to Ryan Seacrest about what happened to her the day of the final performances: her boyfriend Tony, father of her son, broke up with her.
In an interview with Ryan Seacrest and Kara Dioguardi, she says that her boyfriend broke up with her the day of the finale performances. Crystal explains that he couldn’t handle the lifestyle, and while Kara tried to give her relationship advice, Crystal repeatedly said that her boyfriend had been a huge support and that he did the best he could but it just wasn’t something he could do forever.

She did admit that she hoped her boyfriend would have gone to the results finale, but she understood why he didn’t.
