Congratulations to Jennifer Hudson, American Idol contestant and Oscar winning actress. Hudson gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Monday afternoon. The baby is named David Daniel Otunga, Jr., after his father, Hudson’s fiance. The baby weighed in at 7 lbs 14 oz.
Ironically, Hudson never confirmed her pregnancy. Hudson, as you may remember, suffered a horrible tragedy last October when her mother, brother and nephew were killed by her former brother-in-law. The gossip site ShowBiz411.com reports that the baby was conceived soon after the tragedy.
