clinton.jpgToday’s Democratic caucus in Nevada provided the first real glimpse of which way Jewish voters, an important Democratic constituency, are leaning in the vote for president. According to entrance polls, Hillary Clinton won 67-percent of Jews, who accounted for 5-percent of caucus goers, compared to just 25-percent for Obama. Did recent coverage of Obama’s controversial Chicago pastor, an ally of Louis Farrakhan, contribute to Clinton’s lopsided victory? God-o-Meter’s not so sure. After all, Clinton has long been a staunch supporter of Israel, while Obama’s commitment to the Jewish state has been questioned.
