I am blessed to live and love my life surrounded by people who have dreams, who work every day to transcend the fear of the unknown, and every day rise up to whatever comes no matter what, with grace and compassion.

I have come to a place in my life where I love everyone I meet for who they are, and not for who I wish they were.   The biggest gift you can give anyone is to not make it about you and instead to have new vision to count the blessings of what people are bringing to your life.   Love doesn’t ask you to judge. Love doesn’t ask for you to understand anything. It merely requires you to open your heart and let it flow. If it aches to do this, more the better.  The ache of a loving heart is alive with possibility.

Take today to count the blessings in your life and to love someone more than you thought possible. Turn into and tune into the people you see every day, and give yourself the honor of meeting them beyond face to face, go heart to heart, soul to soul in a practice of loving them more.  Go into the qualities that make you feel love and experience more and more of that fully and at the deepest most open space of your being where you are truly meeting another naked and unashamed. With love.

Yes, I have heard and experienced that we are meaner to the people that we love the most than we would ever be to a stranger or a friend. It is a beautiful shift to practice in your life turning to the person who you have spent years of your life with and to say from that open space of your heart. I love you. (Hugging from the heart is also a fantastic process – see AMMA)

This shift is something I am proud to stand with and to share as often as possible. Be love.   Watch the world of the heart open up before you with so much love.

Try to love someone a little more instead of being so irritated as to why you are not doing what you feel you need them to do. Enact the grand drama as a call to love.  Process your own frustrations in a different space.  Give yourself new tools of learning to communicate your needs.   Don’t beat up those you love most. Cherish them. Honor them. Forgive them.

“Let us be grateful to people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.” Proust.

Encourage the ideals of humanity so important today where we share our loving self with those we hold most dear, let us say today as we count our blessings….

We have —

Peace on earth.

Freedom of expression.

Love in our hearts for our neighbors.

And be in service to each other to bring a brighter day.

Hold these words in your heart as you move through the days ahead, repeat often and with much joy and share as often as possible.

We have —

Peace on earth.

Freedom of expression.

Love in our hearts for our neighbors.

And be in service to each other to bring a brighter day.

Today and every day.

With Infinite Love and Gratitude
