There are a lot of things we want to happen in our life. Ideas and opportunities are always rushing towards us.

A loving practice greases the wheels.  Understanding how to deeply receive what someone is offering brings you into the heart of every matter.

I have loved a lot of people in my life and so many people have loved me. Until I started practicing love as an unconditional expression of energetic joy teaching myself  how to love myself without reserve, without condition to experience the fullness and deepness of giving love in truth as a meeting place and a space of deepening was not possible without prejudgment and defensiveness, I was not living.

I have lost people I have loved. I have given my heart and had it broken. Many times. Each occurrence providing a new level of faith in that eternal every flowing inner space of true love at the source of all things in complete expression of giving and loving and playing.

It always starts quietly with no noise or fan fair. The echoes of the truth. Make no mistake about it. It gets louder and louder if not listened to.

Simple questions…

Will I be someone today who is a joy to be with, to be around, will I be open and loving and filled with light… light enough to hold space for whatever darkness I might encounter?

Will I brighten the worlds I enter and the lives that cross my path and leave behind a heart space that is better for my having been there?

I have seen the beauty of a world in love. I have seen the world free of its shame and all its glory and gotten stronger with each experience and each encounter.  “Vision merely awaits our ability to see in every life in every breath with love.”
Wishing you so much love, today and everyday.
