My wonderful wife, Catherine Stine, author and book blogger herself, loves to watch TV shows where women talk. A big fan of “The View” for years, she’s now also into “The Talk.” Frankly, I’m not so talkative or into hearing people chat and chew on the tube.

Yesterday, though, Kelly Osborne talking about her 50 pounds off opined on “The Talk” got my attention.

She found out how to really lose weight and maintain it! She said she hated working out! Hated dieting! Music to my ears.

Asked how she actually did it, Kelly, the daughter of the stellar fabulous mom and co-host Sharon Osborne, and Ozzy Osborne, said she had to enjoy movement and exercise or she wouldn’t do it. Yes! She eats what tastes good to her, and foods that are healthy. Yeah!

That’s the way to weight loss. Find foods and exercise you love and do it. She’s not just talking the talk, she’s waking the weight loss walk!
