It’s been raining: pouring, driving, hard rain for days.  Work’s been pouring, too: so much to do, not enough time to get it all done.  Major transitions in the family: a close relative having surgery, kids demanding, emotional dramas.  Money challenges.  It’s an all-around difficult time.  Seems like everything at once is pouring down.  What to do?
Go to the gym.  Work it all out.  Get the blood flowing and the heart pumping.  Move the limbs, and grease my wheels.  Take action, instead of doing what I used to do – sit in a dark room in front of the TV and eat away the blues.
While I am moving and re-creating, I’m going to think of what’s good in my life: my wonderful family, a relative that’s on-the-mend after surgery, a roof over my head, jobs to do, blogs to write, comments to read (thank you so much – love hearing from you), a book and movie coming out next year on God and spiritual connection (please join me at www.mysteriesoftheJesusprayer.com/mailing.html and make my day!), my health and recovery from obesity, and most of all – a Creator who loves me and has again, today, given me life.
What’s happening with YOU today?  How’s you weather – both outside and inside YOU?  Please post a comment, telling us how it’s going, and what you’re doing.
