Sonya A. said it all, “For the majority of my life I “chose” to imprison myself with food, low self-esteem and weight issues, it was not until recently with a much renewed connection to All Mighty God that I am learning what true love is, I have learned to accept myself, just the way I am instead of waiting until I am perfect. That within itself is a major accomplishment for me, all the negative things I believed about God and myself were never true. I am on the road to losing this baggage I have been wearing all my life as a shield, it’s easier knowing I can do all things thru Christ Jesus who strengthens me. I have already begun to turn my health issues around, I have not smoked in 37 days that’s an upper for me who smoked 2 packs a day for a lot of years!!”

Congratulations, Sonya!  I know it’s true, God gives us miracles.
