This comment by Nancy H. is a real winner this week – so inspiring, and practical.

She wrote, “I love to workout.
But between a full time job and a part time business.
I have to make it a priority.
I go thru some yoga moves each morning before work – only 10 – 15 min.
with a DVD but it puts your mind in a peaceful state and you can deal
with work much easier!
It’s all about lifestyle.
Eat more fruit and less barcoded products!”
