Very interesting article by Tara Parker-Pope in the New York Times about home cooking and how the person who is the cook at home determines the nutrition in meals, take a look here.  Lots more people are cooking at home these days, instead of eating out, or buying pre-made frozen or refrigerated foods.  I think this is a great trend.  It’s not so hard, very creative, costs less, and the food is better and healthier.
