There is only so much you can do well. You may want to be perfect, or
do everything in the whole wide world, but alas–there are limits.

Since there are only 24 hours in a day, don’t try to do
48 hours worth between morning and night.
Since you are good at certain things, don’t try to do what you don’t do
well.

Consider giving up (wherever you can) doing things you don’t want
to do at all.
Since Rome wasn’t built in one day, take several.
You didn’t gain all of your extra weight suddenly–it took time.

Take time to change. It might take years to find the best weight and health, but take your time and do it only “one day at a time,” or one minute at a time.
