It must be global warming! Oh, wait, it changed to ‘climate change’, that way if it gets cold or hot or warm you’re never wrong. Or course climate change used to be know as the ‘seasons’, you know… spring, summer, fall and winter.

Doesn’t look like enough snow to even worry about as evidenced by the guy on the bicycle in the background. Heavens, it even looks like the street is fairly clear.
Peace to all

That’s right, Roy G. Biv. We also need to take into account that global temperature estimates are gathered in a 20 year period for estimates…that is 1990-2010 – previously in 2009 the estimates were based on 1980-2000 – not 1989-2009 as it ought to be. So with estimates being updated every 10 years we are bound to see some strange events within the estimates not lining up when we are at the end of a 10 year period.
I suppose the Ice Age and all that jazz was due to humans as well. Get over it, the world’s weather will change and possible it will burn us all away with heat one day – it’s called change and is what killed the dinosaurs – not a Ford SUV.
Signed,
My very elegant mother just served us nine pies…wait…I guess it wasn’t pies anymore with Pluto not being a planet anymore…what is my mother going to server me now!?!?!

Big day in the Big Easy: 10 new deacons
Deacon Mike Talbot has the scoop: 10 men today were ordained as Permanent Deacons for the Archdiocese of New Orleans. This group of men was formally selected on the day the evacuation of New Orleans began as Hurricane Katrina approached. The immediate aftermath of the storm for this class would be

"Gesu Bambino," anyone? This is one of my favorites, and nobody does it better than these gals: Kathleen Battle and Frederica von Staade. Enjoy.
