The Deacon's Bench

Blog love

Can you feel the love?

Below, Your Humble Blogger, yesterday, with a blogger pal, Fran Rossi Szpylczyn. She trekked into Brooklyn (with her buddy Sue) to watch a taping of my show and chow down at nearby Rhythm & Booze. You can read Fran’s version of this historic afternoon right here. She’s also penned a fine piece on social networking and the Church for her diocesan newspaper. Check it out.

After that, the blogapalooza continued, as she departed Brooklyn and caught up with Mike Hayes and Paul Snatchko. In his day job, Paul works at Magnificat (not too shabby, eh?)

*blushes*Deacon Greg, I am humbled to see this post. Thanks for being so welcoming to Sue and me. We loved our tour of NET TV and watching the taping. It was great to see Mike and to meet Paul. You must meet him yourself, after all, you two live and work a lot closer together than I do!Thanks for the link to my article as well. As you can see from the piece, I got some great quotes from some great Catholics, present company included!

That woman is a living definition of the word "ubiquitous," as in "pops up everywhere!"But she's not unpleasant on the eyes and she single-handedly redeems the Roman catholic church. So, no complaints from me.
