Secret Medicines…

What are your secret medicines?

What are the tools and practices that you can pull out when you are feeling under the weather, overwhelmed or a little run down?

These are a few of mine and they are featured in a lovely book that SimpleTruths.com has published called, LIFE BEGINS WHEN YOU DO.

In this book I share some of the most influential quotes of my life and reflect on the attributes of my poem, Live With Intention.

I’ll share a few of those quotes with you today:

How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.       – Anne Frank –

The most effective way to do it, is to do it.   – Amelia Earhart –

Don’t assume a door is close; push on it.  Do not assume if it was closed yesterday that it is closed today.  – Marian Wright Edelman –
