Nothing makes me happier than food, and I attribute this little streak of gluttony to having my pleasure planet Venus in food-loving Taurus.
Anyhow, in recent years I learned there are particular foods and recipes that make you healthier and happier depending on what zodiac sign the Sun is in at the time.
Right now, the Sun is in Aquarius, and it’s still quite cold outside for much of the U.S. This means we should be eating things that will warm us up, but that will also work with the Aquarius energy.
