Laughter Meditation

posted by Chattering Mind

Thanks to Glittering Muse blogger David Garnet for alerting me to the existence of this laughing baby clip.
Helps you understand while some people drink or take drugs to get to this luscious, open space. Of course, there are healthier ways, like honest laughter, as this baby teaches us…

well if you are old enough to drink or take drugs.. those little sounds the guy was making around really funny anymore. i guess the only way you might find them funny would be to drink I guess. maybe u could u just upgrade the “dooi!” into a joke or something. something an adult might like. like jack handy maybe: “the wise man can invision an entire universe in a grain of salt. but the stupid man will wrap himself up in seaweed and go “look, im vine man”. dooi.

I love this!!! I thank God for healthy sense of humor–sometimes its the one thing keeps me from completely losing it! This baby’s laughter is just joyous. Joy for the sake of Joy.

I agree with Stacey-Robin. I even put the video on my blog and everyone who saw it smiled and giggled and you know how that works on the immune system. Thanks for giving this great reminder of my early motherhood days with so much laughter and fun.

I had forgotten how easy laughter comes. I started laughing with the baby and I have no idea what he is really seeing. His laughter, however, was so infectious…actually all laughter is infectious. It sure makes you feel good…and that is for sure.

CM's Final Posts: You Can Fill the Space
Eighteen years ago, I wrote an article for a magazine that got me called in for a taped interview with a Fox TV morning news anchor. Being an effective communicator and a skillful public speaker was a dream of mine at the time. And still is. After some 30 minutes of prep with the station's hair-and-

Websites to Visit, Blogs to Read
Here are some blogs and websites I like. It's not a complete list. But it's a start. The first is called New Moon Journal and it is written by Michele Bailey-Lessirard, a life coach, collage artist, and "shamanic astrologer." On the opening page of her site, you'll find a little slide show of her am

And Finally, This:
Place your burden at the feet of the Lord of the Universe who accomplishes everything. Remain all the time steadfast in the heart, in the Transcendental Absolute. God knows the past, present and future. He will determine the future for you and accomplish the work. What is to be done will be done at
