Barack O’Tsongas

Obama won among people who feel like the economy is doing well and Hillary won among those who disagreed. Obama won among college graduates, Hillary won among those who didnt graduate college. If this pattern persist, Obama will lose.
Hart, Tsongas and Bradley won the same demographic as Obama. Mondale, Clinton (Billy and Hillary) and Gore won the less well off…and the nomination.

I don’t think anyone except the very, very wealthy and large corp. think the economy is going well. And as far as the diploma holding pop. and the non-diploma holding citizens, that comparison doesn’t swing anymore. Patterns won’t work this time, people have been disillusioned, burnt, etc. for too many years, and now they are paying attention to the Presidential contenders, and thinking, instead of just following and being lazy.
