Abundant Love

If I could offer you the most precious gifts imaginable, they would be:

The ability to adore the person in the mirror

A chance to make a difference in someone’s life

Fulfillment of your dearest wish

Satisfaction of a job well done from start to finish

Willingness to put your heart on the line

Delight in each moment

Stillness and silence

Overcoming your deepest fear

Letting someone in all the way

Peace of mind even in the midst of a swirling tempest

At least one (& hopefully many) who loves you unconditionally

Time to sing, dance and play with abandon

Being known completely and fully

Owning your personal strengths

Unbridled enthusiasm

Boundless creativity

Discovering your purpose

Learning something new every day

Implicit trust in Spirit, knowing you will be safely held and cradled

Facing your shadow and seeing the light shining within and around it

Knowing that you are never alone

People who believe in you and tell you so

All the hugs you could possibly want…and then some

Being your bliss

Following your passion

Cleansing tears

Remembering who you truly are

Open hearted acceptance of what is

Belly laughs

Wild Card/Fill in the blank——————————-

What an incredible gift you are Edie!

There is absolutely no doubt, qualms, or hesitations in my mind that ‘Abundant Love’ = Bliss!

Your blog is incredible both in content as well as in the fact that, as I read, it was as if you were inside my heart and soul! Your entire blog Edie speaks very loudly to my life purpose and passion! I have been extremely fortunate to be blessed by seemingly continual abundant love just as you describe as well as with the realization that everything truly must start from within before one can share externally.

From early stages of my life until my last physical breath in this environment, my life work has been to generously share this abundance of love with all whom I come in contact. If you will, consider me the ‘dandelion of Abundant Love’ who has perpetually gone to seed to be eternally spread to and shared with humankind.

<3 this post and Hugs and much <3 to you Edie!

Ahhhh, Murray…what a beautiful response to the blog entry. You give new meaning to the concept of going to seed. It’s not something most people would claim and boast about, but it seems to suit you well(:

    Big hugs to you <3

Don't Give Up
As I am in the middle of the fifth decade of my life, the world has become a patchwork quilt of experiences. In the last 55 years, I have splashed in puddles of joy and gasped for air while feeling like I was drowning in sorrow. I have been clutched by fear and basked in light. Through it all, I hav

Heaven On Earth
"Imagine, will you....Heaven On Earth For Real." These are the words that are on my friend Tambra Harck's Facebook page. I think about it a lot since I believe that we create our own vision/version in our vivid imaginations. One of my favorite songs on the topic, sung by Ma

With An Open Hand
When you consider all of the things that you desire; from relationships to abundance, from faith to freedom, from possessions to passion, how do you hold them?  What I mean by that is this:  do you hold them with a closed fist; grasping, clinging as if for dear life or can you let go a b

The Art of Surrender
On Saturday, I began my day in retrospective musing. Listening to Ellis Paul singing Dragonfly  on Sleepy Hollow  to greet the sun. Was reading earlier entries down my time line on Facebook and marveled at how far I have come since everything changed with the 'cardiac event' on June 12th. It was o
