Well, our bodies are more than baggage.  They are the place we will live until we die.  There is a truth in this quote, though.  You have to haul around all the extra weight attached to your living space.  It takes a toll on your health, which slows you down now and will shorten your lifespan later.  Good news, though!  It’s never too late to jettison some of the luggage.
