Beyond Gorgeous

But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.  James I:22

Don’t fool yourself — knowing what will make you healthy and doing it are two different things!  Many people (and I am one of them) have done lots of study about what makes our bodies work. And that’s good!  Understanding why we gain or lose fat is important. If you can get a handle on the way different foods affect your metabolism, you have some tools you need to succeed in your journey to better, more vibrant health.

But you still have to pass up the brownies most of the time. You also have to get up off the couch and get moving.  Knowledge is not a substitute for action.

So put some feet to the facts and get moving down that path to the better land — beyond gorgeous.

Eating to live and living for Christ,

Susan Jordan Brown
