During our low times we sometimes forget where we are going, and why.  That’s when we mess up in our eating plan — and in the rest of life, as well.  Think about why you are on this journey to a better and stronger you. Think about where you are headed and what you want to be.  Now is a great time to get out the roadmap of your goals and desires and refresh your memory about your route and your destination.

Keep going in the right direction.  You can do it!
