I just discovered a great new blog for those of us with creative brain wiring: “Let’s Get Happy” written by Deborah Robinson. I learned of it while visiting Jane Chin’s wonderful site, Mental Health Source Page.
Deborah writes about World Mental Health Day, which is when?

April Fools Day?
All Saints Day?
Halloween?
Your birthday?
Nope.
Today!
October 10 is World Mental Health Day.
What does this mean? You get to go about your day exactly as you did yesterday: get up and pray, take your meds, go for a walk or a run outside, try to stretch that damn happy cap over your head, go to therapy, call a friend, log onto Beyond Blue (five times please), tell a joke, eat a meal (preferably with someone), and go to bed at the same time you did yesterday (good sleep hygiene).
