“If I go far enough in me I find you.” – Mark Nepo

Despite the apparent diversity and separateness, the essence of all life is One. There’s something sparkling, vibrant and alive that, regardless of what you call it, animates all of life and beats out the rhythm of every heart. This omniscient, ever-present life force connects us at the deepest level. When we become subtle enough to attune to it and become fully aware of it we begin to recognize its divine qualities.

An expanding awareness of oneness and how deeply and intimately interconnected we are, comes through going deep into the heart. We get glimpses of how deeply we are united in essence when the heart is open and the mind is still. In these rare, quiet spaces, magic happens.

Dare to delve deep and find the breath. This connects us with all living things that breathe – people, animals, plants. The breath that comes from a tree fills our lungs. The air that moves in and out of our lovers body, fills us and connects us.

Sit quietly and go deep inside your heart to experience this connection. If you dare let your awareness expand outward and include all of those around you.
