The Moon has entered Taurus, the Venus-ruled sign of financial security and material comforts.  The Taurus Moon is fertile and the Moon is waxing now, making this an excellent time to begin planting in the garden or enjoy any of the pleasures that life on Earth has to offer.  There is a sensuality present now, a love of good food, and a desire to accumulate wealth and possessions that offer comfort.

Though the Moon has left Aries, there is still a triple conjunction within a couple of degrees in Aries that is having plenty of impact:  Venus, still within range of a conjunction to the Sun, will conjunct Mercury on Sunday in Aries so it is still important to honor the need to set good boundaries and act in our own defense where necessary.

The Moon harmonizes with Pluto on Saturday, facilitating our ability to focus and get to the heart of the matter (Pluto).  The conjunction of Mercury to Venus will help us to view our lives as a whole instead of as the sum of its parts.  Communication and the ability to deliver effective messages is highlighted today.

The Moon will harmonize with Mars in the wee hours of the morning EDT which could activate our dream life.  A harmonious trine to Saturn at 11 am begins building a few hours earlier – a great time to pay bills and attend to  our responsibilities.  Shortly thereafter the Moon will square Jupiter and we will resist those responsibilities and desire more fun, and then in the early evening a harmonious sextile from the Moon to Uranus will give us a creative burst of new ideas.
