Sorry I’ve been AWOL for a couple of days, and yesterday you may have noticed a very active Moon as it traveled through Scorpio, forming a square (challenging aspect) to our five Aquarius planets. Any difficulties that arose during the day likely smoothed out as the Moon entered Sagittarius early last evening.  Venus formed a lovely aspect (sextile) to Jupiter late last night, an aspect that is still in force today.

In Sagittarius the Moon becomes an adventurer and an optimist.  Today and tomorrow are good days for working on affirmations and positive thinking exercise because a positive outlook is easier for everyone to come by under this Moon, even those of us who feel locked in difficult circumstances.  This will be particularly true today because not only is it the exact conjunction of Mars to Jupiter, where there is energy for change, but the Moon also makes a series of harmonious aspects to Jupiter, Mars and Venus later in the afternoon.

There is always a bit of a danger with a time period that is full of positive planetary influences that rather than take advantage of them, we will fall into complacency – glad  for a break from the intensity of our lives, we may just sit down on the sidelines and take a breather.  Rest is always useful, but it’s also important to take advantages of opportunity times to find a way out of our predicaments.
