The Moon is still in Taurus where serenity is highly priced, but the Moon is quite active, interacting with Uranus, Chiron and Saturn in the early hours of the morning.  A trine from the Moon to Mercury at 7:41 am gets the mind humming smoothly, and helps to focus our mental acuity with our emotions so that we can accomplish the tasks before us.
This focus won’t last long, because by 8 am the Moon will begin moving into a square (challenging aspect) to Neptune which will peak at 10:20.  There is the potential for a great deal of creativity here, but the desire to daydream and fantasize is powerful.  This will not be the best time for analytical processes but is best used for creativity and spiritual practice.  By noon the mists will have cleared and we can get back to work.
Late in the afternoon a trine (harmonious aspect) of the Moon to Mars will bestow energy and confidence and encourage us to reach higher and more boldly.  After this dynamic peaks around 8:30 the Moon will be void of course for about 45 minutes until it enters Gemini at 9:14 pm.
The Gemini moon loves to talk and communicate, and for the next few days conversation will be more lively and there will be more openness to different points of view.  Gemini doesn’t discriminate between one truth or another – it is willing to listen to everyone and take in everything.  The Moon harmonizes with Venus later in the evening, making this a wonderful night to spend with friends or loved ones.
