A friend emailed me this so I thought I would share it with you. It touched my heart and I hope it touches yours as well.
When I have a hard time falling asleep I imagine myself wrapped in the loving arms of my angles, snuggle into their wings and usually immediately fall asleep.
Fear doesn’t allow us to see the perfection of ourselves and in life. Fear causes us to judge what is rather than embrace it, accept it and love it.
In the absence of fear there is love, expansion, hope, faith, happiness and joy. In the face of fear they all disappear and we are left disappointment, despair and misery.
Bottom line, the truth about fear is it is based on a lie. You are not your body, you are an eternal, immortal being so what is there to be afraid of?
Believe it or not all of life is emotionally neutral. Nothing is inherently good or bad, it just is until we put a value judgment on it.
When we open the front door at night the light rushes out and dispels the darkness. Love can do the same thing to fear if we let it.
