Angels on Your Shoulder

Angel Raziel

p077This is an excerpt from my book The Complete Encyclopedia of Angels:

Raziel

The Angel Raziel stands between the veil that separates God from the rest of Creation so that he is connected to everyone and everything. A beautiful yellow aura emanates from his tall form. He has large light blue wings and wears a robe of a magical gray material that looks like swirling liquid. Raziel is the patron of secret wisdom, divine knowledge, and the guardian of originality and pure thought.

Raziel is said to be the author of The Book of the Angel Raziel, which claims to contain all the mysteries of the universe. The book was likely written in the Middle Ages, but legend says that Raziel gave the book to Adam in the Garden of Eden before he was banished. Because of his care and concern for Adam he is considered a special patron of human beings. He is a messenger of the celestial realms.

Raziel will show you how to tap into the natural ebb and flow of the universe so you can manifest your deepest desires and harness the magic that lives within each human being.

Invocation:

The easiest way to call upon Raziel is to light a yellow candle and say, “Raziel, my benefactor and guardian, please help me now. Help me to see life through your eyes and to make the right choices. Guide and direct my footsteps and open my mind and my heart to your incredible wisdom and love. I give thanks for the miracles that are about to occur.”

As he draws near, your breath will quicken and you will feel a deep sense of well being.

Call upon Raziel to help you:

Come up with great ideas
Access your inner wisdom
Materialize a new place to live or a great job
Connect with spirit
Release any limiting behaviors

Calling the angels into your home

With love and aloha,
Susan

My dad gave me this name as a feminine version of “Rizal” a so-called hero in a Far East land. Growing up I found out that there was such an Angel “Raziel” but never thought there was a prayer for him. I fell in love with angels before and had them surrounding me all the time. Maybe I should start collecting them again! Thanks for sharing.

Why angels?
People often want to talk to angels, connect with them or be guided by them. Why? I often wonder why angels? My theory is that people are seeking the love. Angels are never judgmental and they radiate love. As human beings we often forget that we live surrounded by love and that at a core leve

How to talk to the angels
I get asked this question all the time. It really is very easy but our minds can make it so much harder. We can doubt what we are hearing or sensing or feeling. You are always surrounded by angels. The moment you ask them for help they are there. The problem is we often don't let the help in.
