Fear can certainly adversely affect our lives. It can manifest as anger
or sadness as well as anxiety and stress. The more we resist fear or
judge it the more it appears in our life.

The best way to overcome fear is with love. But how do we love fear and why we would ever want to do that?


Whatever we judge persists. I have often thought of judgment as cosmic superglue. The more you judge fear the stronger it becomes. What if you just practice accepting your fear? Observe it, “Yes, fear is present. Now what do I want to think about?”

Think about things you love instead of continuing to focus on your fear.
