Every time we take a breath we are given the gift of life from our spirit. The first time I had that thought I was terrified. What if my spirit, what if God decided to withdraw that gift? My terror was generated by my belief that I was my body and not my spirit and that God was less than unconditionally loving. Today I know I will live and breath until the moment I go home to the place from which all existence springs forth and that knowing brings me peace.

Life is such a miraculous gift and wonderful adventure. Some people take the time to align themselves with their spirit and connect with the celestial realms and some don’t. Each day when I write my blog posts I open my heart and my mind to the angels and my muses, those spirits that inspire creativity.

Some people live and inspired life. When I think of people like Jesus, Buddha, the Dalia Lama, Martin Luther King, and Amma I see people living an inspired life.

What inspires you?
What would your life look like if you allowed your angels and muses to inspire you?
What small thing can you do today to make the world a better place?

Are you concerned about the environment? Make the choice to stop pollute the world with your judgments and fears. Just for today focus on love every time you notice a negative thought rising to the surface.

May today be blessed with your presence, love and light.

With love and aloha,
Susan
