Last week I talked about the power of love and this week I am going to expand on that a bit more. Ultimately we have two choices; love or fear. When we choose one we ease out the other one.

When we open the front door at night the light rushes out and dispels the darkness. Love can do the same thing to fear if we let it. When you shine the light of love on any of your fears you see them differently, you can receive the gift of those fears and you can lovingly and gently let them go.

Angels always stand in the light and often help to illuminate our shadow self so we can see it, embrace it and then make a choice to act from a place of love. You are constantly talking to yourself. If you begin to question that dialog and ask yourself these two questions you will find your fear diminishing exponentially.

How could I see this through the eyes of the angels?
What would love do?

When I watch the news it is easy to fall into judgment and fear. I can however, decide to watch the news and send love to all the events, the people and the participants. My Hawaiian teacher says when she reads the paper there are lots of opportunities to send aloha (love). All of life is an opportunity to give thanks and embrace our divinity or judge and slip deeper into our sense of separation and reinforce our limiting beliefs.

As you move through the day remind yourself often that you have two choices, love or fear and practice choosing love as often as possible. we are always practicing to either stay the same or to become our loving, expansive authentic self.
