Aloha,

Today is the day to celebrate all saints, known and unknown. I wasn’t raised Catholic, so I knew very little about saints until I wrote my book “Encyclopedia of Angels, Spirit Guides and Ascended Masters.”  I found the saints absolutely fascinating. I used to mistakenly think saints were about suffering and martyrdom when, in fact, they were amazing men and women who had managed to profoundly connect to the divine.

Beside being able to heal people, many of the saints were able to levitate and bio-locate (be in two places at once). Through prayer and meditation, they had forged such a deep and abiding connection with the divine that they endured what we might perceive as great suffering without really suffering. Many of them were visited regularily by angels.

So take a few minutes and open your heart and your mind to the love, wisdom, and guidance of all the wonderful men and women who took the time to connect to the loving presence of the divine. Perhaps begin to have a dialogue with them, ask them for guidance. Find a saint you really resonate with and study his or her life, emulate their spiritual practices, and see what happens to your life. I think you will be amazed.

With love and aloha,
Susan
