Aloha everyone,

Gratitude can be such a powerful force in our lives. Whatever we focus our attention on, we get more of. If we focus on what’s wrong in our lives, we get more problems. If we focus on what we’re grateful for, we get more of that. What would you really like to experience? The choice is always yours. Where are you willing to focus your attention? Do you want to focus on what is wrong in your world and have more of that? Or do you want to spend time each day focusing in all the good things in your life and in the world and see those thoughts multiply?

When I’m not feeling positive, I take time to write a gratitude list. I make a list of all the things both large and small. I even include the things I might think of as negative. When I am going through a stressful time, I see it is a gift. It is after all an opportunity for me to become consciously aware of one of my limiting beliefs, and then I can choose to release it. I can judge the limitation, create more stress, and remain attached to it or I can be grateful for seeing the limitation and move through it rapidly. Gratitude is an energy I can use to create whatever I want to experience more of in my life.

To me, angels are all about gratitude. When I open my heart and my mind to their love and guidance, I am filled with a sense of acceptance and love that naturally leads to gratitude. Make writing a gratitude list an even ritual and rejoice with the angelic beings that always surround you.

With love and aloha,
Susan

And remember you really do have angels on your shoulder, allow yourself to feel their presence!
