On May 25th, I mentioned the arrest of up to 30 Chinese Christians on Easter Sunday as part of a government crackdown. When I did, I encouraged readers to sign a petition I created that day to our nation’s leader to condemn this action.

Here’s what has happened:

First, 100 of you signed the petition, meeting the minimum goal. That may not seem like much, but that equals 100 emails to our nation’s president, along with the Senators and Congressional leader for all 100 people who signed.

Second, US and Chinese officials meet starting this Sunday to discuss both human rights and economic issues. To Christians reading this, please, please pray for God to do something to help turn the tide of religious persecution in China.

Thank you for all you do to help change the world!
