In terms of plot, I think “Eclipse” is my favorite of the Twilight Saga books. Well, aside from “Twilight”. It has lots of sign-worthy Bella-Edward romantic moments, plus some good Edward-Jacob conflict, and then, of course, the moment of reckoning between Bella and Jacob, when she decides to choose Edward forever. So I’m excited to post the official ‘Eclipse’ trailer here–notice the pretty meadow scene especially, Volturi galore, and then, of course, the new Victoria. The change in the actress playing Victoria–from Rachelle Lefevre to Bryce Dallas Howard–is perhaps what I am most disappointed about in anticipation of the June 30th release. I thought Rachelle Lefevre was fantastic–that scene at the end of ‘Twilight’ where she’s walking down the staircase at the prom with Radiohead playing–it so captures Victoria’s character.
