Some rabbis hold that if you don't actually lift (or some say even point to) the contents of the sedar plate when making the blessings, you can use all of it the second night. Since all of the items on the Sedar plate are also often served in other vessels for consumption it would not be a problem, you would actually lift the vessels that contain the servings. I am not sure about the shank bone though it is not served. |
