Do you think that we are closer now more than ever to the END OF TIMES?

Humans have killed each other, for any reason they can think of, since we crawled out of the primordial ooze and stood upright. This doesn't signal any "end times", just a tragic waste of human life.

Prayers to all who lost loved ones today.

Bombing and terror with major loss of life happens all over the world tragically often. We in America are so arrogant to assume that the whole world is now coming to an end just because our own country is finally having to suffer the same terror the rest of the world has been living with on a routine basis for years.

LPC, qualitively speaking you are right.

However, the figures speak for themselves: Probably over 10,000 deaths in a single terrorist attack - by far the highest death toll ever to result by such an attack.

No, I do not believe that this is a sign to the End of Times. But what happened in New York today is uncomparable to anything from the past.

People who are saying otherwise, are simply not getting the seriousness of this new situation:

Two of the tallest buildings in the World, were erased from existence by an act of terrorism. The pentagon, which supposed to be the most protected site in the entire world, also got hit.

It isn't just "another terrorist attack". It is a turning point in mankind's history.

And you don't even need to be an American to accept this.
