How forgiving are you?

Your score on the Beliefnet forgiveness quiz reveals that you’re extremely merciful, maybe even too merciful. Is this an accurate description of you? Do you ever think you should be less forgiving?

Too merciful? It's like saying you're too happy.

I can't see how anyone can be too merciful or too forgiving.

If you aren't consumed with protecting or defending your ego, it's much easier to let go of perceived wrongs against you. If you understand why people do things that others consider bad, it's easier to forgive them.

Scripture speaks of 6 ways God speaks of mercy in His action toward us. Showing mercy is a gift from God, and so it's just passed around.

I wonder if I am a forgiver on more serious matter...my family wronged me about inheritance: I never say anything, go to visit them (seldom), smile at them, are kind on the phone, send presents...but...in my hearth...I did not forgive them. Sometimes I wake up in anger.
