The Rev. Billy Graham broke his pelvis over the weekend at his home in Asheville, NC and is now recuperating in the hospital. As you pray for his recovery, we thought it would be inspirational to share personal stories about Rev. Graham.
Have you ever been to a revival?
What was it like?
Were you saved at the revival?
What do you love most about Rev. Graham?

I was a counsellor at the 1959 Crusade in Sydney, Australia. I found it an uplifting experience. One outcome was the numbers of folk who made a commitment to Christ at that Crusade and who have continued on in their faith. One is the present Archbishop of the Anglican church in Sydney. There are many others with whom I am aquainted. Some have passed on but many base their beginning of their walk towards God from that Crusade. The followup in the churches esnsured that many went on in their faith.
Billy Graham struck me as a man of simple faith who liked to categorise his faith into simple steps to follow Christ.

I have been to a number of the crusades. The first one I attended was in the Los Angeles Colesum when I was in high school. The last one was in San Diego. Unfortunately we will be out of state when the cursade is schedueled for Pasadena this summer. When they had the one in Fresno, I thought It would be his last, so I went up and stayed with my daughter so I could stay. The message has not changed in all these years. He brings people to the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association needs fervent prayers. As these great men of God, there are health concerns.
The crusades that had been planned for this summer have been postponed to the fall. This association of Godlly people need our prayers. Apparently George Beverly Shea has suffered a heart attack and had to have cardiac by pass surgery.
