Winners were chosen in two categories, the People’s Award?given to the film receiving the most votes from visitors to the site, and the Judge’s Award, based on quality and spiritual impact of the films and performances, as determined by Beliefnet editors and a panel of judges.   • Emile Hirsch for his role in Into the Wild – Winner of the Judge’s Award
  • Will Smith for his role in I am Legend – Winner of the People’s Award
