And for some people, this harmless insect assumes the proportions of Batman! If that is happening to you, force yourself to think of the positive things that happened during the day. Consciously drop the negatives that pop into your mind and make an inventory of the good things. This exercise brings contentment and a sense of closure even to an ordinary day.
