When you spend quite a bit of time reading personal growth and spiritual books you begin to realize something: change is hard work! It's a challenge to step outside of yourself and conscious try everyday to be a better person. Someone who is more kind, compassionate, and less interested in judging others and the drama that comes along with daily interactions. When you're deep in the midst of spiritual practice you can feel invincible - as if you'll never go back to the way you were. But that's difficult, and it requires even more hard work and awareness. I have a bit of a guide I follow to help me keep my spirituality in check in my day-to-day life that I'm sharing with you today.
