The Power of Forgiveness
How can I ever forgive?
George’s Story: My brother and I used to be really close. Even as adults, we both got married, had kids, and lived just a couple towns away from each other. We went to the same church, spent Christmas Eve together exchanging gifts, and had some great times together. We were close. Not anymore. I can’t even remember what it was that got me upset, but I let it drive a wedge between my brother and me and between our families. The relationship never recovered. We went from having a weekly supper together after church on Sundays to going years without seeing each other. He reached out to me, but I was too angry.
